I figured I should probably introduce myself to all of you who read my blog. My name is Lil and I am an avid/borderline obsessed wrestling fan. I started this blog 'Wrestling Gossip, My Way' originally as an entertainment/wrestling blog and have progressively turned it into a full time wrestling blog.
The main reason for this blog was so that I could express my opinions somewhere where they might be taken seriously and debated. Not alot of people in my hometown like wrestling and only very few of my friends/work colleagues really understand what I'm talking about.
I started blogging in May 2007 when really I was first introduced to wrestling. Before then I had been into entertainment gossip and needed somewhere where my opinions could be put and discussed with others. After a while of having entertainment/wrestling gossip, I made the decision that I would focus on my wrestling gossip and events and would leave the opinions of entertainment news to my Facebook page/Websites where I saw the articles.
Wrestling was first introduced to me by my now ex-bf. We were at his house and wrestling came onto the TV (more specifically WWE's brand Smackdown). I do believe that it was the Miz vs. Scotty 2 Hotty and the Boogeyman came out and harassed the Miz at the end of the match. It was then, at that moment, that I fell in love with wrestling. I found out what it was and just became obsessed with learning everything about it. It's what I call my 'escape' now. I can watch it and I go into a world of my own. It has captivated my mind and I can't imagine not being able to not know about it.
