Big Brother update

Well, another week, another eviction in the world of Big Brother. Quite an interesting one this was because the person who was evicted was also the person with the most power at the time. That person was Bec. Thats right. Bec won Friday Night Live and with that she got all the power of double points for eviction. Pizza and talk in the stratergy room (with Bridgitte). Head of the house powers. All this, however could not save her from eviction.
She won Friday Night Live (16/5/2008) over Nathan. She then took Bridgitte (whom I will talk about a little later too) into the stratergy room and they talked about who Bec should save and who she should put up for eviction. They both came to teh conclusion that Bec would save herself if she was up for eviction (she wasn't at first). They also talked about, while they were eating their pizza that they would exercise extra hard the next day to make up for eating the pizza. Why would you? If Big Brother gives you a luxury like that why would you say "I'm going to exercise it off? Thats ridiculus! Anyways, come eviction night, Rory + Ben + TRAVIS were in the bottom three. TRAVIS!!!! Why was he in the bottom three! Thats proposturous! Bec used her saving power to save Travis fom the bottom three for the reasons that she was closer to Travis and blah blah blah. So he was out but as we all know, there has to be three to be a bottom three so one more had to be added. Big Brother announced that the person to join Ben and Rory were....BEC!!!! Lol. Thats hilarious. You save someone else but you end up in the bottom three. Oh well.
At the start of nominations it looked like Ben would be evicted (I was secretly thinking 'NO NO NO!'), but then Bec started accumulating some votes. After we had seen all the housemates (apart from the three) nominate their chosen housemates, the nominees were brought out to the lounge and were told to stand in a line in front of the eviction door. It was announced that Rory was safe from eviction for another week. It was then left to Bec and Ben and it was announced that person whose Big Brother party had to come to an end was Bec. Bec did the usual thing and told people not to cry. Poor Bridge. No one to fall back on now. When Bec gets on stage we find out that she was ready to leave and that she's a very independent women and so on and so forth. We then find out who the nominees voted to evict and what was a shock to me was that Bec used her 4 points to evict on herself. I didn't think BB could let you vote yourself out. But she had thought it through and as she said she was ready to go home. I don't know about how thoroughly Bec had thought about being on the show and I know that she wants to do Zoo Magazine and all the modelling that she can. Who knows.

Now, let me get to Bridgey-Poo. She had a task set by BB to get her possessions back. She had to wear some rose coloured glasses and be nice to everyone. Well, when the housemates had to decide whether Bridge should get her stuff back all hell broke loose. They didn't think it was fair that Nobbi should suffer in the Kombi van while Bridgitte throws a big tantrum and gets her stuff back. In the end the housemates decided that Bridgitte would get her face wash and some shoes but that was it. All this was done while she was in the Diary Room watching them and they could watch her. After all the arguements and stuff, Rory decided to take his issues to Bridge about the unfairness of the situation. Dixie, in complete contradiction to the way she has acted in the past week went up and gave Bridge a hug and explained herself to Bridge as well. A few housemates didn't want to talk to Bridge but I don't think she minded too much. Personally I don't see why she deserves any of her possessions back. She threw tantrums and she got rewarded for it. She was automatically put through to the second round of Friday Night Games (16/5/2008),and she gets her stuff back after less then a couple of weeks whereas Nobbi has been out in the van since the first day. Its just stupid. It really is. It's ridiculous. It really is. It just shows how materiallistic and manipulative she can be. I think that if she gets into the bottom three I think she will be a gonner. I don't think she would last. Not after the way shes been acting anyways.
