I have some TNA news which I thought you guys might be interested. It's only little things but they still count I guess......
Taz, from commentary, has apparently been pushing TNA management to acquire the services of one Mr Mike Knox who had been released from WWE quite recently this year. Apparently Taz sees something in Knox and thinks that he would be great to have on the TNA roster.
There is speculation that there could be a match added to Sacrifice this weekend. The match in question would be Matt Morgan vs. Samoa Joe. My only question with this match is that Matt Morgan is supposed to be defending HIS Tag Team Championships with a partner of Hulk Hogan's choosing at the ppv so why would he have another match that same night, unless, maybe, just maybe, Samoa Joe would be his mystery partner and they would lose the titles and Morgan would have a match against Samoa Joe. Could happen. You never know.......
And lastly for tonight, Shelley Martinez, known to most old school TNA fans as Salinas of the Latin American Xchange (LAX-Hernandez/Homicide) has expressed her openess to returning to TNA and specifically so that she could possibly manage the Prince of Punk Shannon Moore. She had expressed this to TNA Management and when she didn't hear back from them she wrote to Terry Taylor, TNA's Director of Talent Relations he said there was no oppurtunity at TNA for her.
This is quite sad. I do think that TNA should bring back the team of Homicide and Hernandez (LAX) and bring back Salinas to manage them. I think that that would be great considering they, TNA, broke up the British Invasion and you've just got the same tag teams all the time. The Tag Team division isn't really being taken seriously because tag teams are doing all this different stuff atm (BEER MONEY FOR A START!) and so it takes away from it. I love a bit of Tag action and would love it back to it's former glory.....PLEASE TNA, BRING BACK THE TAG TEAM ACTION!
