Tyson Tomko update

Hi there everyone,

As you all know, I am very interested in the whole ‘Tyson Tomko’ fiasco and heard some news about it this past week.

As previously mentioned in my posts ‘Tyson Tomko Update’ and ‘Tomko Arrested’, Tomko was arrested for stealing drugs from a CVS and was found in a bathroom taking crushed pills. He was arrested that day and put in a jail with a bond of $7500.

An update to the situation is that he has been formally charged by the state of Florida. He will be arraigned in March 2012. Until then, he is currently undertaking a WWE-sponsored rehab program.

I think that this might actually be good for Tomko. He’s one of my fav wrestlers and so when I heard about the situation I was a little bit shocked. But I am glad that he has gotten some help and I’m so thankful that WWE is taking care of it’s former stars. Really helps I think….. At least I hope so.
I hope to hear some good news come March this coming year…. *fingers crossed*

Tyson Tomko update

Hi there everyone,
As I posted in my blog Tomko arrested :( on Saturday, Tyson Tomko was arrested and in was in jail with a bond set at $7500.00. The update to the situation is that Tomko, at the advice of his lawyers, is still in jail and has reached out to WWE for treatment.
"His lawyer has asked him not to speak about the allegations, however, he is reaching out to WWE to get into treatment."

I hope Tomko gets through this and gets back to his old self. I miss seeing Tomko on the wrestling circuit :( I just want to see the guy who I saw defend the Tag Team Championships with AJ Styles against Samoa Joe and Kevin Nash at Final Resolution 2008. That's who I would like to see back and I hope that he gets all the treatment that he needs. And soon.

Tomko arrested :(

Hi there guys and gals,

TMZ earlier this week (Wednesday I do believe) posted an article about the fact that 38 year old Tyson Tomko, a former WWE/TNA wrestler had been arrested this week in Florida.
He is accused of robbing a pharmacy and allegedly threatening to attack the pharmacist if he didn't get several bottles of Oxycodone, a powerful painkiller.
The pharmicist has said that he complied and he gave Tomko 210 tablets which he then took to a nearby Chili's where he recieved a spoon, went to the men's room where he remained for 30-40 minutes.
The cops were called and when they got there, Tomko, according to one of the officers, ".....had needle marks and blood on his arms.".
He was then taken into custody where he is said to have told police that has a severe drug problem. And also that he swore that he never threatened the pharmicist.
Tomko was taken to a nearby hospital and then to a nearby jail where he was charged with robbery. He was put behind bars with a bond set at $7500.

Now, some interesting facts that I found that TMZ didn't include......

• Apparently, a man, from what I can understand is supposed to be Tomko, was in the pharmacy two days earlier asking for the painkiller as he 'lost his prescription'
• At 10pm on Monday at Chili's, a person reported that Tomko was in a handicap stall using narcotics for at least 40 minutes
• When searched, a syringe was found in the bin in the stall
• 2 bottles were found nearby in another restaurant where a man fitting Tomko's description had been in the bathroom for an hour
• On the arrest report, Tomko was listed as 6 foot 6 and 250 pounds

Kurt Angle Arressted

Hi there everyone,
As reported by TMZ yesterday, Mr Kurt Angle was arrested yesterday for being intoxicated whilst sitting behind the wheel.
Kurt told police officers that he had hit an icy patch on the road when he was arrested. During a conversation, cops said that they smelled alcohol in his breath and he also failed a sobriety test.
He was arrested and later charged with being in control of motor vehicle while intoxicated.

This story didn't quite catch my attention until I saw the MUGSHOT! It's hilarious. HE'S SMILING IN THE MUGSHOT!!!! It's like they were just taking a picture of him as fans and so he smiles! LOL! Got to give him credit, it's the best mugshot I have seen! LOL!

Rob Vs. Doug, Chris Jericho/Gregory Helms in trouble

Hello all,
I hope you are all as well as I am. Well, I'm not as good as could be but still. I'll explain why.

See, when I was looking at the TNA Wrestling star roster, I couldn't help but notice that there was a change. See, Amazing Red was the reigning X Division Champion but last night. No he wasn't. DOUG WILLIAMS WAS!!!!!!Normally I wouldn't have been so upset but it was the way he got it that got to me. Rob Terry (an ex member of the British Invasion) won the briefcase in a 'Feast or Fired' match that contained a shot at the X Division Championship. Now, as you can gather from my blog, Rob Terry won the Global Championship off of Eric Young at a show in Wales. Which lead me to the question....what was going to happen to Rob's championship opportunity now? On this weeks Impact! Doug Williams and Brutus Magnus convinced Rob ever so slightly to give Doug the briefcase (goodness knows how they did that!) but Doug defeated Red and is now the new X Division champ. I'm upset about it because I thought Rob would keep the guarenteed match and use it at a later date but obviously not. Still crabby about it though :(

Other news this past week is the misbehaving duo Chris Jericho and Gregory Helms who, after a few drinks, hopped into a taxi and started play fighting and hit several people including a woman.
The women, who has come forward, Ashley Storer, told TMZ that a group of people including Helms, Jericho, herself and Matt Hardy had been drinking a bar and then crammed into the back of a taxi. Unfortunately for her, she got stuck between Jericho and Helms and was struck in the cheek by Helms' elbow. She was merely, in her words "Collateral Damage".
Randy Orton has also spoken with TMZ and says that he doesn't believe that his two work colleagues were arrested because wrestlers "don't get in trouble." LOL!
