Today is TNA’s PPV ‘Genesis’ and I thought that I better put my picks up here before I forget…

Here are they are…. (and as usual, my picks are in bold)

-Elimination Match - TNA World Title:
Jeff Hardy © vs. Bobby Roode vs. Austin Aries

-TNA World Tag Team Title Match:
Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez © vs. Matt Morgan and Joey Ryan

-TNA X-Division Title Match:
Rob Van Dam vs. Winner of X-Division Tournament

-X-Division Tournament Finals:
Christian York vs. Kenny King

-Gauntlet Match For Knockouts Title #1 Contendership:
Gail Kim vs. ODB vs. Miss Tessmacher vs. Mickie James vs. Velvet Sky

-Sting vs. DOC

-James Storm vs. Christopher Daniels

-Devon vs. Joseph Park

 

I must say, I am looking forward more to the title matches more then anything else. I can’t wait to see who wins the World Title. Being the Jeff Hardy fan that I am, of course I will vouch for him. So we shall see what happens.

Turning Point results 2012

Howdy there everyone,

I know, I know….I haven’t been updating this blog as much as I should and I am very annoyed at myself for that. Grrrrr…..

Anyway, for Turning Point this year I did manage to get my picks up for who I think would win at the TUP Wrestling forum site (which you can find here) but I thought I would post the results here for the PPV so here we go…..

• #1 Contender Match with the stipulation that whoever gets pinned doesn’t get a TNA World Title Match till Bound for Glory 2013
  James Storm def. AJ Styles (pinned) and Bobby Roode
• Kurt Angle def. Devon
• Ladder Match for the TNA World Title

I still can’t believe that AJ Styles doesn’t get his RIGHTFULLY DESERVED TITLE SHOT until Bound for Glory next year! SERIOUSLY! After the storylines with Christopher Daniels, Kazarian, Claire and Dixie, you would think that he would be getting something out of it. NOPE! So annoyed at that.

Other then that, nothing really all that shocking. Same old, same old really.

Lockdown results

Hi there again everyone,
Lockdown, TNA PPV’ was today and I must say, I’m quite bored with this event. It just didn’t have that excitement factor about it and the matches, from what I’ve read, were pretty sub-standard. But anyway, I got one match wrong and there was one match where I thought it may happen but it was never confirmed.
So, without further adieu, here are the matches, the results and who my picks for whom I thought would win (my picks will be in the bold text of course)….

• Lethal Lockdown Match
  Team Garett (Garett Bischoff, AJ Styles, Rob Van Dam, Mr Anderson and Austin Aries ©) def. Team Eric (Eric Bischoff, Gunner, Bully Ray, Kazarian and Christopher Daniels) which means that Eric Bischoff, in storyline anyway, is out of TNA and cannot use the Bischoff name for any other business’ ventures…..
• TNA Tag Team Championship, Steel Cage match
  Samoa Joe/Magnus © def. Motorcity Machine Guns
• TNA Television Championship match-Steel Cage
  Devon ©def. Robbie .E.
• Knockouts Championship Match-Steel Cage
  Gail Kim def. Velvet Sky
  -Madison Rayne provided a brief distraction in favor of Gail Kim

As you can see, even without watching TNA I can still have a rough idea on whose going to win. Maybe it’s time for TNA to look and see what they can do to have a better PPV (I have a good idea and it means putting AJ Styles being put back into World Heavyweight Championship matches!)….just saying….
