Genesis 2013

Howdy there everyone,
Hope your all well. I’m a little off-beat today but that’s ok. We shall get there. Smile

Anyway, there have been some matches that have been officially announced for TNA’s PPV ‘Genesis’ and I am SOOOOOOO looking forward to it. YAY!

Here are the matches that have been announced so far….

  • TNA World Heavyweight Championship Triple Threat Match
Jeff Hardy © vs. Austin Aries vs. Bobby Roode
  • TNA World Tag Team Title Match
    Chavo Guerrero/Hernandez © vs. Matt Morgan/Joey Ryan
  • X-Division Championship Match
Rob Van Dam © vs. TBA
  • X-Division Tournament Finals (winner faces RVD on the same night)
    Christian York vs. TBA

The main event is promising. I like that. Jeff Hardy is a proper fighting champion and I do hope that he retains the title at this PPV. I guess we shall see. I also want to know who is the final winner of the X-Division Tournament. That should be good. I did notice though that Christian York is one of 2 of the Gut-Check contestants getting a push on the main roster (other one being Joey Ryan). I like that. I don’t know much about Christian York but I know that I like what I see when he wrestles Winking smile

Anyway, that is all from me for  now.

Have fun and take care.

Jeff hardy title win

Howdy there everyone,
Hoe your all well. I am.
At this very moment I am sitting in the tea room at work and was watching the 2008 Armageddon main event match which pitted the then WWE champion Edge in a triple threat match with Triple H and Jeff Hardy. I must say, one of my fav matches of all time purely because it was the night that Jeff won the championship for the very first time. I remember that match because it still reminds me of why i love Jeff hardy and it gives me that "happy" feeling. I love it. And i love being a jeff hardy fan. I know some people don't like him but each to their own.
Anyway, just thought I'd get that off my chest.
Have fun and take care.

Jeff Hardy Back Issues

Howdy there everyone,

Some people and websites have been reporting that Jeff Hardy has been icing his back after recent events and at autograph signings. This shouldn’t be anything new given Jeff’s ‘extreme’ nature and the risks/high-flying manoeuvres he does. I’m guessing that all those years of TLC matches and the whole ‘human highlight reel’ persona moves are really starting to catch up with Jeff. I hope it’s nothing too overly serious :( That would be a severe loss for the wrestling world.

Turning Point results 2012

Howdy there everyone,

I know, I know….I haven’t been updating this blog as much as I should and I am very annoyed at myself for that. Grrrrr…..

Anyway, for Turning Point this year I did manage to get my picks up for who I think would win at the TUP Wrestling forum site (which you can find here) but I thought I would post the results here for the PPV so here we go…..

  • No Disqualification Match for the TV Title
    Samoa Joe © def. Magnus
  • ODB and Eric Young def. Tara and Jesse
  • X-Division Title Match
Rob Van Dam © def. Joey Ryan
  • DOC (Luke Gallows) def. Joseph Park
  • Tag Team Title Match
Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez © def. Christopher Daniels and Kazarian
  • #1 Contender Match with the stipulation that whoever gets pinned doesn’t get a TNA World Title Match till Bound for Glory 2013
James Storm def. AJ Styles (pinned) and Bobby Roode
  • Kurt Angle def. Devon
  • Ladder Match for the TNA World Title
Jeff Hardy © def. Austin Aries

I still can’t believe that AJ Styles doesn’t get his RIGHTFULLY DESERVED TITLE SHOT until Bound for Glory next year! SERIOUSLY! After the storylines with Christopher Daniels, Kazarian, Claire and Dixie, you would think that he would be getting something out of it. NOPE! So annoyed at that.

Other then that, nothing really all that shocking. Same old, same old really.

Anyway, that is all from me for now. Have fun and take care.

Bound For Glory 2012 results

Hi there everyone,

All I have to say is

YAY!

I am super duper stoked with how Bound for Glory went today and I am so glad that I remembered it.

Here are the results and take a guess at what match made my day…… (if you haven’t guessed already :) )

  • X Division Championship Match
    Rob Van Dam
    def. Zema Ion ©
  • Television Championship Match
    Samoa Joe
    © def. Magnus
  • Street Fight with special guest referee King Mo
    James Storm
    def. Bobby Roode
  • TNA Contract Match
    Joey Ryan
    def. Al Snow
  • Triple Threat Tag Team Championship Match
    Chavo Guerrero & Hernandez
def. Christopher Daniels & Kazarian © and AJ Styles & Kurt Angle
  • Knockouts Championship Match
    Tara
    def. Tessmacher ©
  • Full Access or Go Home Match
    Aces and 8’s
    def. Sting & Bully Ray
  • TNA World Heavyweight Championship Match
    Jeff Hardy
    def. Austin Aries ©

YAY! NEW TNA WORLD CHAMPION JEFF HARDY!!!!! WOO WOO WOO!!!!! I have to say when I read this that I did jump around a lot around the house. I’m sure my mum and brother didn’t really appreciate it as much as I did. But Jeff Hardy is my absolute fav wrestler of all time and I can’t believe that he won! It just tops off his road to get back to the main event. I’m so pleased for him. I really am.

And top it off we had a few more surprises at Bound For Glory.
We had Matt Morgan come in and get Joey Ryan a TNA Contract!!!! OMG! Makes it seem as though Morgan is going to be part of Joey Ryan’s “security” as I call it. Can’t wait!
And the other suprise was that Devon was revealed as one of the members of Aces and 8’s. I must say that I didn’t see that coming at all! WTH! Seriously! Argh! I can’t wait to see how this works out now! Should be interesting!

Anyway, that is all from me for now.

Have fun and take care.

Bound For Glory 2012

Hi there everyone,

I know, I know, I haven’t been updating this nearly as much as I should but I have had quite a few other things on my mind. I shall get round to updating it soon. And trying to do it more frequently but we shall see how that goes :)

Anyway, Bound For Glory is tomorrow and honestly, I can’t wait. With Jeff Hardy as your main event, what else could you ask for…. :D

So, as usual, I am going to put my picks up and you can agree/disagree with me all you like then…. (and as usual, my picks will be in the bold text)

  • TNA Heavyweight Championship Match
Austin Aries © vs. Jeff Hardy
  • Street Fight with Special Enforcer King Mo
    James Storm
    vs. Bobby Roode
  • Full Access or Go Home
Bully Ray & Sting vs. 2 members of Aces and 8’s
  • World Tag Team Championship, Triple Threat Match
Christopher Daniels & Kazarian © vs. AJ Styles & Kurt Angle vs. Chavo Guerrero & Hernandez
  • Knockouts Championship Match
    Tessmacher © vs. Tara
  • Television Championship Match
    Samoa Joe
    © vs. Magnus
  • X-Division Championship Match
Zema Ion © vs. Rob Van Dam
  • TNA Contract Match
    Joey Ryan
    vs. Al Snow

So there are my picks for tomorrow’s PPV. I would like to see the Knockouts Tag Team Championships change hands but I don’t think that’s going to happen as there is no real tag team in that division. We shall see though.

Well, that is all from me for now. Have fun and take care.

Jeff Hardy Backstage News

Hi there everyone,

There is some news coming out of the TNA backstage area that Jeff Hardy, the charismatic enigma (and my fav wrestler ever!), is impressing everyone backstage in TNA.
Apparently Hardy has been completely sober after several years of drug abuse (and an absolute poor showing at Victory Road 2011) and clear headed both at TNA tapings and at Live events. He is impressing TNA management and has been called a ‘model employee’ by some.
Another thing that has come up is that Jeff’s TNA contract ends in February next year and that many independent promoters are thinking that both Jeff and Matt will be available around that time. There is no word on whether or not Jeff would leave TNA but if I was management, and if that was my top merchandise seller, and one of the most popular stars of all time, I would do whatever it takes to keep in the company.

Honestly, I am super glad that Hardy has been sober and is finally in a great place. I have always defended Hardy through his bad times and I was honestly disappointed when I saw his performance at Victory Road but since then I have been nothing but impressed with how he’s come back bigger and better then ever. I just hope that he can earn his way to the top again, without sacrificing his character in a way. I liked him as a heel (the anti-Christ of professional wrestling) but I prefer his fan-friendly persona way better.

Anyway, that is all for now.

Have fun and take care.

Lil xoxo

Lockdown results

Hi there again everyone,
Lockdown, TNA PPV’ was today and I must say, I’m quite bored with this event. It just didn’t have that excitement factor about it and the matches, from what I’ve read, were pretty sub-standard. But anyway, I got one match wrong and there was one match where I thought it may happen but it was never confirmed.
So, without further adieu, here are the matches, the results and who my picks for whom I thought would win (my picks will be in the bold text of course)….
  • Lethal Lockdown Match
Team Garett (Garett Bischoff, AJ Styles, Rob Van Dam, Mr Anderson and Austin Aries ©) def. Team Eric (Eric Bischoff, Gunner, Bully Ray, Kazarian and Christopher Daniels) which means that Eric Bischoff, in storyline anyway, is out of TNA and cannot use the Bischoff name for any other business’ ventures….. Open-mouthed smile
  • TNA Tag Team Championship, Steel Cage match
Samoa Joe/Magnus © def. Motorcity Machine Guns
  • TNA Television Championship match-Steel Cage
    Devon ©def. Robbie .E.
  • Knockouts Championship Match-Steel Cage
    Gail Kim def. Velvet Sky
-Madison Rayne provided a brief distraction in favor of Gail Kim
  • Steel Cage Match
    Crimson def. Matt Morgan
  • Steel Cage Match
    Jeff Hardy def. Kurt Angle
  • Knockouts Tag Team Championship Match-Steel Cage*
    ODB/Eric Young © def. Sarita/Rosita
  • World Heavyweight Championship Match-Steel Cage
Bobby Roode © def. James Storm
*Wasn’t officially announced when I put my picks up so I didn’t pick it
As you can see, even without watching TNA I can still have a rough idea on whose going to win. Maybe it’s time for TNA to look and see what they can do to have a better PPV (I have a good idea and it means putting AJ Styles being put back into World Heavyweight Championship matches!)….just saying….
Anyway, have fun and take care,
Lil xoxo

  • Lethal Lockdown Steel Cage Match

    vs. Kurt Angle

Final Resolution Update

Hi there everyone,
There has been an added stipulation to one of the matches at Final Resolution matches tomorrow.
The Jeff Hardy vs. Jeff Jarrett Steel Cage match has got not 1 but 2 stipulations now. It's gonna be good. The stipulations are
  • Karen Jarrett will be handcuffed to Sting during the match
  • Should Jeff Jarrett lose, either he or Karen will be fired from TNA!
I'm loving this match more and more and I really hope that Jeff wins now so that Karen goes. I really hope that she goes because she has completely done nothing for the company other then get in people's faces. Nothing else really. No class, no nothing.
Anyway, that is my rant for now.
Until next time,
You know you love me,
Lil xoxo

Jeff DVD Today

Hi there everyone,
I am soooo super stoked today.
THE NEW JEFF HARDY DVD IS OUT TODAY!!!!!!!!!
I of course, brought a copy as well as 3 Jeff Hardy T-Shirts! YAHOO!!!! I can't wait to get it!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to see if it's better then the first one that TNA had put out. SOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!

Jeff Hardy situation update #whatever we're up to.....

Hi there again everyone,
Jeff Hardy has done his prison time!!!!!!!! He was released yesterday or today after serving his 10 day sentence for his 2009 drug arrest.
He was arrested on September 11 in 2009 after cops found all sorts of drugs in his home. The trial for Jeff lasted two years on and off until recently when Hardy struck a deal which included 10 days jail, 30 months probation and a $100,000 fine. He had plead guilty to 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance and one of count of conspiracy to traffic.

I'm so happy that Jeff is out of jail. I can't imagine what jail is like and I can't ever for the life of me think what it must be like for someone as nice as Jeff. I really felt for his wife and daughter during this time :(
But now he's out and he can prove to the world that Jeff is back, clean and ready to rule the wrestling world once again!!!!!!! Yahoo!!!!!!!

Anyway, that is all from me for now.
Until next time,
You know you love me xoxo
