Sorry for the inactivity. Just been a tad bit busy lately (got a new bf so spending alot of time with him ) but I am here now….

And I have to say that today’s Money In The Bank PPV I just didn’t feel right about. Some of the winners have me scratching my head like “what the……???????” I don’t know if you guys felt like that but I did….

Dolph Ziggler Wins! (Finally!)

Howdy there everyone,

As you can possibly gather from my post on Monday OMG!, Dolph Ziggler is no longer Mr. Money In The Bank, he is the new WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!
Ziggler successfully cashed in on Alberto Del Rio after the champ had successfully defended his title against Jack Swagger and Zeb Coulter. Jack had done quite alot of damage to the leg of the then champion which Ziggler also focused on during his match with him.
Ziggy (Thanks John Morrison for that ), was accompanied by Ms. AJ Lee and Big E Langston (when is he not these days) and when he won, both hopped in the ring and celebrated with him.

Honestly, I have been waiting for this moment. I think Dolph deserved it and you could tell the emotions that were showing were real. Awesome moment. I remember that after the terrible start to RAW (Miz losing his Intercontinental Championship 24 hours after he won it!) I was so excited that Dolph won! I was running round the house and it made going to work a whole lot better. I was so super duper happy Congrats to Dolph Ziggler, the new WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!

Bits and Bobs from today :)

Hi there everyone,

Just thought I’d take this opportunity to update you all on some of the happenings from the wrestling world today.

First and foremost….
WWE had announced that they would have a special press conference today to make a special announcement which would be….

WRESTLEMANIA 30 WILL BE IN NEW ORLEANS!!!!

I know, I know. Probably not really all that exciting although I have to say that I am thinking that I would like to go next year. It’d be fun I reckon. Take some time off, go and see Wrestlemania! Awesomeness! It would be! Yahoo!!!!!

Anyone want to come with…..

 

And also today, RAW was interesting. The fall out from Elimination Chamber is awesome! We are defiantly on the ‘Road To Wrestlemania’ now.
Some of the things that happened on RAW were….:
-It was announced that John Cena vs. CM Punk will take place on RAW next week to determine who goes onto Wrestlemania to face the Rock. Cena originally won the right at the Royal Rumble when he won the Rumble match and CM Punk feels like he has earned his place. I guess we shall see that one next week

-Dolph Ziggler tried to cash in his Money In The Bank contract against Alberto del Rio but was foiled by Ricardo Rodriguez who took the case and ran up the ramp with the case. Smart thinking Mr Rodriguez…

-Vince McMahon will fight Paul Heyman when he is all healed up next week (I thought he’d had HIP SURGERY!)

-BRAD MADDOX IS MADE THE ASSISTANT THE GENERAL MANAGER (Vickie Guerrero made the announcement in front of Paul Heyman who wanted the job )

Anyway, I’ve got to get ready for work so I will update this a bit later if there is anything else to report

Money In The Bank 2011 Results

!!!OMG!!!

THAT WAS THE BEST PAY-PER-VIEW that I have ever kept up with!!!!!!!! So psyched all the way through and I even was jumping up and down through it!!!!!!!!Wowzers!!!!!!!!! What happens next is anybody's guess...................

And courtesy of WZR Online here is what they said happened after the match......

"After the match, Punk celebrates with the WWE Title belt while Vince McMahon is stunned at the result. Vince McMahon comes to the announce table and he tells them to cut the music. Vince wants Alberto Del Rio to come out.
Del Rio comes to the ring and Punk punches Del Rio before he can cash in the case.
Punk goes into the crowd with the title belt and Vince has no idea what to do. Punk holds up the title belt at the top of the concourse as we go to credits."

WOWZERS! Can't wait for tomorrow. Should be very interesting to see where this goes. And also, Colt Cabana was sitting front row for the match between Cena and Punk. Not much fuss was made on commentary but still. Should be an interesting RAW tomorrow ;)

Money In The Bank predictions

Hi there everyone,
Sorry I haven't blogged for a little while. Too much to see and do. But I have finally come back and I must say, good timing to me. The WWE's 'MONEY IN THE BANK' pay-per-view is on tomorrow and it promises to be EXCITING! The whole story with CM Punk is coming up as one of the best storylines for WWE for the modern era.
But more on that later.
For now, here are the matches and who I think will win at the PPV. And as always, my picks will be in bold.
Here are the matches:

• Smackdown Money In The Bank Match

Now, I know alot of people are saying that Punk will NOT walk out of Chicago with the WWE championship, but I have a feeling that he just may do. I'm not a Cena fan either but my gut says that this isn't how Punk will go. I have a sneaking suspicion that something big will happen.....we will have to wait and see....... ;)

Money In The Bank piece

Hello there again,
Well, as you may or may not have seen, Jack Swagger cashed his Money In The Bank briefcase in on Smackdown and has now become the new World Heavyweight Champion. Strange that he would cash it in so soon but can't do anything about it.

On a different note, I read something today and it was talking about how all the MITB cash-in's have involved Edge. Here is a little history for you

1. Edge def. John Cena
2. RVD, after interference from Edge, def. John Cena
3. Edge def. Undertaker
4. CM Punk def. Edge
5. CM Punk def. Jeff Hardy after his match with Edge
6. Jack Swagger cashes in after Edge beats down Chris Jericho

As well as Edge occuring in the equations of all six cash in's, the last four cash in's have been against a Smackdown Champion......
