Howdy there everyone,
Hope you are all well. After yesterday I am ECSTATIC! The results of ‘Battleground’ semi went my way yesterday. YAY!
Here are the results in order…..
- Kick-off Show
Dolph Ziggler def. Damien Sandow - Battleground Hardcore Rules for the World Heavyweight Championship Match

- CM Punk def. Ryback
- WWE Championship Match
Both Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton were knocked out by Big Show so the match went to a no contest. still no champion…..
Honestly, I was soooooo uber stoked when the Rhodes family won. I was jumping around and generally making a fool of myself. It was such an emotional match to watch knowing that their jobs depended on it. Awesome match.
As for the WWE Championship match…..SERIOUSLY! Why would you do that 2 PPV’s in a row! Still no champion…… That’s BS even by my standards…….. Sorry WWE but that’s how you lose people.
Other then that, the PPV was pretty uneventful for me. Just the 2 matches that caught my interest were the best ones
Anyway, that is all from me for now.
Have fun and take care.

RAW 18/6/2013
Howdy there everybody,
Today’s RAW was one of the best that I have ever seen. Awesome. Just pure awesomeness, only behind the RAW that was after Wrestlemania. That was just epic.
Anyway, on today’s RAW many things have happened.
Here is a lowdown in bullet points of what happened
- ALBERTO DEL RIO TURNED HEEL
- CM Punk told Paul Heyman he was a friend, not a client and that he didn’t need him at ringside anymore……….
- CHRISTIAN RETURNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Stephanie and Vince McMahon both made appearances on RAW
- Mark Henry gave the best retirement speech ever and then DID A COMPLETE AND UTTER U-TURN ON THE WWE UNIVERSE and said that he demands a title shot for the WWE CHAMPIONSHIP! OMFG!
- Brock Lesnar came out at the end of the show and F-5’d CM PUNK! OMG!
This poses a very serious question, did Paul Heyman send him out or did Brock do it on his own terms….. I guess we shall find out in due time. But, also, where was Paul Heyman? MMMMMM…..interesting.
Anyway, the best part of the show………
CHRISTIAN RETURNED!!!!!
Anyway, that is all from me for now.
Have fun and take care.

Payback Results
Hi there everyone,
Yesterday’s Payback PPV was actually pretty kewl. Predictable but kewl. I honestly enjoyed it. I had to catch up with it because I’d had an appointment when it started but from what I have read, it sounds awesome.
Anyway, here are the matches (in order) and who won (my predictions in bold)
- Pre Show
Sheamus def. Damien Sandow - Triple Threat Match for the Intercontinental Championship
Curtis Axel def. Wade Barrett © and The Miz - Diva’s Championship Match
AJ Lee def. Kaitlyn © - United States Championship Match
Dean Ambrose © def. Kane - World Heavyweight Championship Match
Alberto Del Rio def. Dolph Ziggler © - CM Punk def. Chris Jericho
- Tag Team Championship Match
Seth Rollins/Roman Reigns © def. Daniel Bryan/Randy Orton - Three Stages of Hell Match for the WWE Championship
1. Lumberjack Match, 2. Tables Match & 3. Ambulance Match
John Cena © def. Ryback
Well, I have to say, that was quite a predictable PPV. Although I really didn’t expect Alberto Del Rio to win. That was out of nowhere but the match was quite brutal on a ‘just-been-cleared’ Dolph Ziggler and by the looks of it, he didn’t look all that good. Although I do see a slight heel turn for Alberto Del Rio. YAY! Should be good if he does
Other then that, nothing surprised me. But it was still a good PPV by my standards anyway
And that is where I leave you all.
Have fun and take care.

CM Punk/WWE Issues????
Howdy there everyone,
Hope this catches you all well
Apparently, WWE is not sitting very well with CM Punk. It is being said that Punk, after the promo that he cut this week, will not be returning to programming until Summerslam.
According to a website that I was reading, Punk has had a couple of blow ups at the creative team and a few weeks ago was even ready to put in his notice, but was talked out of it by WWE management.
The most recent blow up was over this post Wrestlemania script that he was given. He was not happy to be say what the creative team had written and didn’t want to come off as being a whiner.
Given that Punk has also got a knee injury as well, I could see how this could be frustrating. From what I have read, Punk’s not the only disgruntled employee of the WWE….cough*Rock*cough
I guess we shall just have to wait and see. I really don’t want Punk to leave the WWE. I think he is a fantastic performer and I think he has paid his dues to get to where he is and he deserves all the accolades that come his way. I also believe that he should have some time off to deal with his knee which has been, to my understanding, an issue for quite some time. Hopefully he takes this time to get his knee back in working order and he makes that triumphant return to where he belongs. Hopefully
Anyway, that is all from me for now. Nighty night.

Wrestlemania Matches
Howdy there everyone,
Hope your all well. I’m excited. The week before Wrestlemania is always fun and exciting for me. I love it. Some of my work colleagues and some friends have been talking to me about it and I have to say that they doubt some of my picks. So we shall see what happens
Anyway, here are my picks for Wrestlemania next week (picks in bold as usual)…
- WWE Championship Match (Once In A Lifetime part II)
Rock © vs. John Cena - World Heavyweight Championship Match
Alberto Del Rio © vs. Jack Swagger - Pre Show-Intercontinental Championship Match
Wade Barrett © vs. The Miz - Wrestlemania Streak on the Line
Undertaker vs. CM Punk - Tag Team Championship Match
Team Hell No (Kane and Daniel Bryan) © vs. Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston - Chris Jericho vs. Fandango
- Ryback vs. Mark Henry
- The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns) vs. Team WWE (Randy Orton, Sheamus and Big Show)
- Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar
-If Triple H loses, he must retire - Tons of Funk (Brodus Clay and Tensai) & The Funkadactyls vs. Team Rhodes Scholars (Cody Rhodes and Damian Sandow) & The Bella Twins
Now, I know I’m going to cop alot of flak here because of some of my choices but just let me explain a few things.
Rock, in my opinion, doesn’t deserve to be champion. He came back, asked for a title shot, and got it. Seriously! He doesn’t deserve to be the champ and I do hope that Cena wins this one. Mind you, I am also hoping that should Rock somehow win, that Dolph Ziggler cashes in his Money In The Bank contract on him and become champ. Do you guys realize how much heat he would cop if he did that to the PEOPLE’S CHAMP! That’d be awesome! I do think that whoever wins will get Dolph cashing in on them, either at Wrestlemania or the RAW after.
In terms of Undertaker vs. CM Punk, I do believe that Punk has what it takes to beat Taker. It would just compliment his moniker of “I’m The Best In The World” and he could cement that by beating the Undertaker, who let’s face it, hasn’t got that many Wrestlemania’s left in him.
Brock Lesnar I know will absolutely ANNIHALATE Triple H. There is no way Triple H will walk out of that match un-assisted. When you fight Brock Lesnar, that is exactly what you get, a FIGHT! And the fact that it’s a no holds barred match means it works more in his favour.
Chris Jericho vs. Fandango. When I first heard about this match I was like WTF! Seriously! Now, I am actually quite enjoying the idea of this match. I like the idea that it’s based on when Chris did Dancing With The Stars. I think Fandango can actually pull this off because Chris is going on tour with Fozzy after Wrestlemania so he won’t be there for much longer and he can actually teach Fandango a thing or two. Could actually be a good match. A really good match if done right
Anyway, there are my picks for Wrestlemania. We shall see what else happens between now and then.
Hope you all have fun and take care.

Bits and Bobs from today :)
Hi there everyone,
Just thought I’d take this opportunity to update you all on some of the happenings from the wrestling world today.
First and foremost….
WWE had announced that they would have a special press conference today to make a special announcement which would be….
WRESTLEMANIA 30 WILL BE IN NEW ORLEANS!!!!
I know, I know. Probably not really all that exciting although I have to say that I am thinking that I would like to go next year. It’d be fun I reckon. Take some time off, go and see Wrestlemania! Awesomeness! It would be! Yahoo!!!!!
Anyone want to come with…..
And also today, RAW was interesting. The fall out from Elimination Chamber is awesome! We are defiantly on the ‘Road To Wrestlemania’ now.
Some of the things that happened on RAW were….:
-It was announced that John Cena vs. CM Punk will take place on RAW next week to determine who goes onto Wrestlemania to face the Rock. Cena originally won the right at the Royal Rumble when he won the Rumble match and CM Punk feels like he has earned his place. I guess we shall see that one next week
-Dolph Ziggler tried to cash in his Money In The Bank contract against Alberto del Rio but was foiled by Ricardo Rodriguez who took the case and ran up the ramp with the case. Smart thinking Mr Rodriguez…
-Vince McMahon will fight Paul Heyman when he is all healed up next week (I thought he’d had HIP SURGERY!)
-BRAD MADDOX IS MADE THE ASSISTANT THE GENERAL MANAGER (Vickie Guerrero made the announcement in front of Paul Heyman who wanted the job )
Anyway, I’ve got to get ready for work so I will update this a bit later if there is anything else to report
Hope you all have fun and take care

Brad Maddox Story, my way
As you may, or may not have heard, Brad Maddox got his a** handed to him this past week at the hands of Ryback.
Now, I’m going to be one of the very few people, I think, who actually support this young kid. I like him. He’s just got something about him. And he’s championship material….
Brad Maddox began his wrestling career in OVW where he was a one time OVW Television Champion and a one time OVW Heavyweight Champion. In August 2010, he went on to FCW where he was a two-time Florida Tag Team Champion and a one time FCW 15 Champion.
So he’s championship material. No doubt there. But, for most people, his story has just begun….
In August 2012 he got called up to the main roster of WWE where he began as a referee. He had only officiated a couple of matches when he was set to be the referee in the bout of CM Punk vs. Ryback at Hell In A Cell 2012. Ryback looked set to win the bout but Brad had other ideas.
The following RAW, Brad Maddox really introduced himself to the WWE Universe stating that his actions at Hell In A Cell were not to aid Punk at keeping the title, but to get HIMSELF noticed. Because, apparently, he had been told throughout his career that he wouldn’t make it and that he should give up. Well, he had his ticket to superstardom and he was going to ride it for all that it was worth. He asked for a match against Ryback, which, to the surprise of the WWE Universe, Vince McMahon agreed to.
Vince stated that should Brad Maddox win his match, he would get a $1 Million dollar contract to be a superstar in the WWE.
Well, we all know how well that worked out for him.
Now, the rumour going round the ‘Internet Mill’ per say, is that Brad Maddox is a Triple H guy. Which means that he will have a lot of support in terms of developing his character and a lot of resources at his disposal. And, as I said, I like the kid. He’s cute, has the superstar look, and to me just has an “IT” factor. He actually reminds me a lot of Edge and I think if he can take all that negativity that he talks about, turns it around and uses it, who knows, maybe we’re looking at the next big thing. Or, the next ‘Ultimate Opportunist’. He’s already started that ;)
Anyway, let me know what you think.
Have fun and take care.

CM Punk = Straight Edge?
Hi there everyone,
I was reading a blog today and it was talking about CM Punk and the fact that throughout his career, he has always used the gimmick of being “straight edge” which also follows the claims that he is like it in real life.
In ‘Power Slam’, a wrestling magazine, the magazine editor Findlay Martin answered a readers question on whether or not the ‘straight edge’ gimmick was real or not.
“That’s a vicious rumour, as far as we know,” Martin responds. “We have spoken to many people over the last eight years who have been to bars and nightclubs with Punk and/or travelled with him in Europe and the U.S. and Canada, and all report that Punk has invariably abstained from alcohol, illegal drugs and tobacco.”
Taken from EWrestlingNews.com
He also said that some wrestlers who have worked with Punk in the past thought that the way that he said he lived was a lie.
“Since most wrestlers habitually use alcohol and/or drugs and are instinctively distrustful of fellow wrestlers, the assumption among most who did not know Punk when he was working on the independent circuit and treading water in WWE’s developmental system was that his teetotaler/drug-free claims were bogus,” Martin says. “When he reached WWE television and his fame and word spread that his ‘Straight Edge” gimmick was genuine, Punk was ridiculed and even ostracized by some wrestlers for choosing an alternative lifestyle to theirs.”
Taken from EWrestlingNews.com
Well, I must say that I applaud CM Punk for his non-drinking-smoking-drug free lifestyle. I myself don’t drink, smoke or do drugs and I must say that in today’s society it is very hard to not to do these things without being labelled. I think Punk is a great role-model and I feel as though many more stars in his place should be in that position. Good on him I say!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, that is all from me for now.
Ta ta for now.

Wrestlemania Predictions
Hi there everyone,
Today is the day! WRESTLEMANIA 28!!!!!! I can’t wait! Super stoked! From what I’ve read for the last month or so it’s turning out to be huge as! Should be interesting though as well which is good.
Anyway, here are the matches and who I think will win……and you know the drill, my picks are in the bold writing!
- Pre Show WWE Tag Team Championship Match
Primo/Epico © vs. Justin Gabriel/Tyson Kidd vs. The Uso’s - Kelly Kelly/Maria Menounos vs. Beth Phoenix ©/Eve
- Randy Orton vs. Kane
- A Match to determine who takes control of both Raw and Smackdown
Team Johnny (Jack Swagger, Mark Henry, David Otunga, The Miz, Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler) vs. Team Teddy (Booker T, Zack Ryder,Santino Marella, Kofi Kingston, Great Khali and R-Truth) - Intercontinental Championship Match
Cody Rhodes © vs. Big Show - World Heavyweight Championship Match
Daniel Bryan © vs. Sheamus - WWE Championship Match
CM Punk © vs. Chris Jericho - Hell In A Cell, Special Guest Referee: Shawn Michaels
Undertaker vs. Triple H - The Rock vs. John Cena
Now, for the last match, I don’t see a decisive winner in all this. In fact, as I was figuring it out yesterday, interference or not, I see a double count out, double disqualification, or something like that happening. I just don’t see a clear winner. And I am rather hoping that the rumours going round are true. Should be interesting to see
Anyway, that is all from me for now.
Take care and I hope you all enjoy Wrestlemania!
Lil xoxo
