John Cena Injury

Howdy there everyone,

News coming out of yesterday is that the one and only John Cena will be out of action for at least 4-6 months.
He has torn his tricep and is requiring surgery and whereas in the past he has rushed his recovery, word is that he will actually be taking his time to deal with it and some of the other bits and bobs that have plagued him over the years.

Just thought I’d let you guys know Winking smile

Anyway, that is all. Have fun and take care.

Rock and WWE….

Howdy there everyone,

As I mentioned earlier this week in my post Rocky peed off???? Rock was very frustrated with WWE after Wrestlemania. And now, more details are emerging about the relationship between Rock and WWE.

Apparently, there was supposed to be a planned angle in the post Wrestlemania RAW that would eventually culminate to Brock Lesnar vs. The Rock at Summerslam. But as we all know, Rock decided to be a big cry baby and straight after Wrestlemania, went straight home and that “apparently”, is where he has been ever since.
There is major concern in the WWE that Rock will never again wrestle and there is said to be some major issues between both parties. My guess is that things have to be pretty bad for Vince’s golden boy to just jet set off home after the big pay day….

As for Rock’s “injury”, the news coming from that is that he and his doctors have decided not to re-attach the tendons to the bone and that they will scar up.
In terms of physical therapy, Rock had this to say on his Twitter “Injury update: Physical therapy starts tomorrow. Hardcore training starts today. Thank U guys for the love. 5 weeks out..#RoadtoHercules.
Seriously??????Can’t cut a promo on RAW due to issues, even if it’s to say good bye, but can start getting “pumped up” for a movie????So much for the PEOPLE’S CHAMP! Honestly, Rock is just getting lower and lower on my wrestlers list. And I didn’t even like him to start with! Grr…..This guys supposed to be a role model for kids…..Whatever!

Anyway, that is all from me for now. Have fun and take care.

CM Punk/WWE Issues????

Howdy there everyone,

Hope this catches you all well Smile

Apparently, WWE is not sitting very well with CM Punk. It is being said that Punk, after the promo that he cut this week, will not be returning to programming until Summerslam.
According to a website that I was reading, Punk has had a couple of blow ups at the creative team and a few weeks ago was even ready to put in his notice, but was talked out of it by WWE management.
The most recent blow up was over this post Wrestlemania script that he was given. He was not happy to be say what the creative team had written and didn’t want to come off as being a whiner.
Given that Punk has also got a knee injury as well, I could see how this could be frustrating. From what I have read, Punk’s not the only disgruntled employee of the WWE….cough*Rock*cough
I guess we shall just have to wait and see. I really don’t want Punk to leave the WWE. I think he is a fantastic performer and I think he has paid his dues to get to where he is and he deserves all the accolades that come his way. I also believe that he should have some time off to deal with his knee which has been, to my understanding, an issue for quite some time. Hopefully he takes this time to get his knee back in working order and he makes that triumphant return to where he belongs. Hopefully Smile

Anyway, that is all from me for now. Nighty night.

Chris Sabin news

Hi there everyone,

News coming out of this morning is that Chris Sabin has been injured.

Dixie posted on her Twitter…..

“Chris Sabin tore his ACL in last night's Ultimate X match on Impact. He's obviously frustrated but determined to come back ASAP.”

I’m pretty sure I’d be frustrated too if I’d only just come back from a torn MCL and ACL only to do it again! I do hope he gets better soon and he gets the rest he deserves. Poor thing Sad smile

Wade Barrett Injury update

Hi there everyone,
As I mentioned in one of my previous posts Wade Barrett Update, it was expected that Wade would be out for 6-8 weeks due to a partially dislocated elbow.
Well how times change! Apparently the diagnosis is far worse and it will be 3-4 MONTHS before we see the Barrett Barrage in the WWE ring again.
This has also caused a bit of re-arranging in terms Wrestlemania. The idea was that WWE were going to have the Money In The Bank ladder match at Wrestlemania and that Wade was going to win the briefcase! (awesome!) Now that this has happened the plan has been scrapped and we will get the Money In The Bank PPV instead :(
This is news I HATE HATE HATE!!!! I can't believe that this could happen right now! Not kewl! I hope he come back bigger and badder then ever!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, that is all from me.
Have fun and take care,
Lil :D

Wade Barrett update

Hey guys,
News coming from this past weeks raw is that Wade Barrett has partially dislocated his elbow. MRI's are being done to further evaluate the situation however, it looks as though wade will be out for six to eight weeks, which puts him out of Wrestlemania :(
I was really looking forward to seeing what would happen with wade coming up to Wrestlemania. What kind of storyline he would be put in and who his opponent(s) would be. Not nice and I hope Wade gets well soon :)
Anyway that is all from me for now.
Have fun and stay out of trouble!
Lil ;)

Orton News

Hi there everyone,
I just got a text message from the WWE's official twitter account stating....
"@WWE:BREAKING NEWS: @RandyOrton suffers concussion on #Raw, will not be cleared for WWE Elimination #Chamber this Sunday."
OMG!!!! When I first read this on my lunch break I didn't believe it!!! And the rumor going round is that Mark Henry, currently out on 'suspension' (kayfabe) will take his place @ Elimination Chamber :( Why can't they put someone decent in instead? Why did this have to happen to Randy? I want him in there. Not a good day at all :(

Anyway, I'm heading off now.
Have fun.
Lil

P.S. I found this @ The EWrestlingNews website...
"...reported last week that former WWE star Chris Nowinski recently talked about his work with the Sports Legacy Institute in concussion research, talking with Randy Orton about the issue, his conversations with Chris Benoit and more. Check out his comments Randy Orton:

On Randy Orton changing his thoughts on the issue: "A guy like Randy Orton just didn't buy into it, and I ran into him in March, and he started talking about his concussion experiences and he was like, 'Gosh I didn't know it was that bad.' He is an advocate for himself now to take time off and so it's interesting to see this turn."

Orton Injury Update

Hi there everyone,
In an update to a previous entry I did Orton out 6 months!!!!!, it has been said, on WWE.com, that Randy Orton “…suffered a herniated disc on the L4-L5 level on the left side, and that’s resulting in pain and weakness down his leg.
As I reported here, he could be out for up to six months depending on how well he recovers. Many are speculating whether or not he will be well enough in time for Wrestlemania.
And, as per normal, WWE has found a replacement for him in his scheduled fights this week. Sheamus will replace Orton in his matches against Wade Barrett for the time being.
Sad smile I couldn’t think of worse timing for Randy. I do really hope that he gets better real soon. I want to see him at Wrestlemania!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, that is all for now.
Until next time,
You know you love me,
Lil xoxo

Orton out 6 months!!!!!

Hi there everyone,
Just was reading on the dirt sheets and found out that after yesterdays RAW event, Randy Orton is out with injury for at least 6 months!!!!!!!
This means he is out of Wrestlemania :( Which is a shame cause I wanted to see him, as always, and what kind of storyline that he would have. :(
Not happy with this at all in case you can't tell :(
Anyway, that is all for now.
Until next time,
You know you love me,
Lil xoxo

Alberto Del Rio injured

Hi there everyone,
News this week is that Alberto Del Rio is going to be out injured for at least 4-6 weeks.
One of the WWE physicians said of the groin injury "We were able to look at an MRI, and it appears as though he has a groin injury that's severe enough to require surgery. Fortunately for Alberto, the surgery is minimally invasive and the recovery time is usually four to six weeks."
Sad smile Oh well, least he didn’t seem interested in the Bella twins this week! YAHOO!!!!!! Open-mouthed smile
Anyway, that is all for now.
Until next time,
You know you love me,
Lil xoxo

Chris Benoit: The Movie?????

Hi there everyone,

Last week I read an article online about a company, SRG Films, who are interested in adapting the book ‘Ring of Hell: The Story of Chris Benoit’ and making it into a movie.

“The film will be produced by SRG Films head Dale Alexander Carnegie and is written by Sarah Coulter.”

Apparently, it will cover the struggles that Chris Benoit had throughout his life in professional wrestling.

Chris Benoit has become a poster child for everything that’s wrong with professional wrestling and Sarah’s terrific script captures his struggles and the many factors that lead to the deaths of three people. People immediately point to steroids, never thinking about the brain trauma these wrestlers can, and do, incur in their profession, nor do they consider the rigorous schedule that keeps them working even when they shouldn’t be. The Benoit story is one that needs to be brought into the light.”

I do personally agree with that statement. I do believe that the situation needs to be brought to the forefront. It’s a very serious and I do think it may cause some controversy due to the sensitivity of the issues surrounding the whole Chris Benoit ‘weekend’ as I call it.

I honestly can’t wait to see how this works out and can’t wait to see the movie if and when it comes out…..

Anyway, that is all for now.
Until next time,
You know you love me,
Lil xoxo

Kane, Chris Sabin Injuries

Hi there everyone,
After Smackdown this past week, it has been announced on WWE.com that Kane will be out with injury for 3+ months. He has suffered a fractured fibula which occurred when he was attacked by Mark Henry, moments after a street fight with Randy Orton.
According to the WWE doctor, Kane could be out a tad longer then expected
"...because of potential complications with such a severe injury, it could also keep him out of action for an undetermined amount of time,"

Chris Sabin from TNA is also out with injury. As many of you are aware, Alex Shelley announced on IMPACT WRESTLING as it is now called, before Anniversary, that Chris Sabin possibly won't be back til 2012 (You can click here for the video).  Recently, Sabin had knee reconstructive surgery which included a new ACL being implanted from a cadaver in the surgery. He is expected, at the earliest to be back in 2012 and the last appearance of him was when he came out to congratulate his 'Motorcity Machine Guns' partner Shelley on his #1 Contendership match for the X-Division Title at 'Ultimate X'

I wish both Kane and Chris Sabin the very best throughout the injuries and I hope that Chris Sabin gets better real soon cause I want to see some more of the MOTORCITY MACHINE GUNS!!!!!!

Anyways, that is all for now.
Until next time,
You know you love me

WWE news

Hello there guys and gals,
How are you all? Me, I am a little tired, but I expect that after an 8 hr shift at work.... but thats something not to discuss here.....

*  *  *  *  *

First off we start with WWE. And there are some people within the organization who are REGRETTING sending Mickie James packing. All of this has come about because Beth Phoenix, who, a week or so ago, tore her ACL and a few other things and so will be out of action for quite some time. This has led to there being not enough 'marginable depth' to the babyface division of the Diva's on Smackdown.
There has been talk of bringing Gail Kim over from RAW (I Agree) or there has been talks of bringing Lisa Marie Varon (aka Tara from TNA) back into the company.
There has been some difficulty and some head shaking at this due to a) Lisa's age and b). in TNA she said some that if she broke her last WWE contract because she didn't want to be remembered as a 'joke' and she basically talked down about WWE.
In all honesty, my opinion wise, I think that they should bring Gail Kim in and take over Smackdown. She is a great wrestler and she proved that in TNA when she was actually given a chance. WWE may be giving her more money but she's not being used and shes not showing off potential. She's alot better then the Diva's that they have now. I'm just saying.......

Some news just off the press today is that Carlito has been released from WWE. Apparently he failed his first wellness policy check and refused rehab and so he has been released.
Honestly, poor Carlito. I mean, we were just starting to see him re-unite with his bro Primo and now he goes and does this. Mind you, Carlito hadn't been used in such a long time so really it's no surprise. Either way, still sad to see someone go.

Oh well, that is all for today everyone.
Until next time, goodbye and farewell xoxo

News and Gossip for today...

Hello there fellow peeps,

I have a couple of updates first off for you today. There have been 2 new matches made for Lockdown (TNA) and they are..... (my picks are in bold)

  • Motorcity Machine Guns vs. Brian Kendrick/Homicide-bonus match
  • Rob Van Dam vs. James Storm-Lethal Lockdown advantage match
Basically the match with RVD and Storm is to determine which team (Team Hogan or Team Flair) will gain an advantage in their match. Should make it quite interesting........

Jeff Hardy has received some minor burns to his face this week after an incident on the TV taping of iMPACT! where James Storm blew a fireball into Jeff's face. Beth, Jeff's girlffriend, noted on Twitter that he was 'burned badly' during it, enough to 'blister and peel'.
Storm and Hardy had been working with a stunt expert all day that day and had performed it several times. A TNA source says that James Storm is the only person responsible due to all the training that they had had that day leading up to the event.

More happier news this week is that Kurt Angle is engaged. He has been dating Giovanna Yannotti, a 24 year old model/actress, for a few months now and many speculate that this may be in turn due to rumors that Kurt's ex-wife, Karen Angle, is engaged to Jeff Jarrett.

And lastly, Jack Swagger is no longer an eligible bachelor. Following his title win, Jack and his girlfriend, Catalina White, married in Las Vegas (why doesn't that surprise me......).

Anyway, that is all from me for now. I hope you have enjoyed yourself.

Until next time, you know you love me xoxo

WWE News for today

Hello there my fellow readers,
Here is some news coming from the WWE side of things for today.

Stephanie McMahon-Levesque is pregnant again! This will be her third child with her husband Triple H (Paul Levesque).  I wish them all the best and hope that they have a trouble-free pregnancy.

Melina, who is currently out with a torn ACL, has undergone surgery and is scheduled to be back late spring.

And finally, an updated card for Wrestlemania, coming up in a couple of weeks.....

  • Street Fight-Bret Hart vs. Vince McMahon
  • Money in the Bank Ladder Match-Christian vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. Kane vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger vs. MVP vs Matt Hardy, with one participant left to be decided
  • Unified Tag Team Championship Match-Miz/Big Show (c) vs. John Morrison/R-Truth
  • Career vs. Streak-Shawn Michaels vs. The Undertaker
  • WWE Championship Match-Batista (c) vs. John Cena
  • World Heavyweight Championship Match-Chris Jericho (c) vs. Edge

Anyway, that is all for now. Hope you enjoyed it.
Until next time, you know you love me xoxo

Wrestling Gossip

Here is some wrestling gossip for you on this very windy Monday morning...

One of the top TNA stars has been injured.
Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle has pulled a groin muscle while filming a new movie. He is still, some speculate, OK to wrestle because he is to defend his title against Mick Foley at Victory Road.

JR writes a blog.
Good ol' JR has written a blog about the fact that Edge, who is currently out after having an operation on his archillies tendon, may have a match against his former Unified Tag Team partner Chris Jericho at Wrestlemania 26 (long way away). He always says that he has his money on Edge coming back bigger and better and more popular then ever before. He always makes note that it is just his opinion and that the match at Wrestlemania 26 may just be a dream...
You never know JR. It'd be a great match if done correctly.

TNA Pay-per View results
Kurt Angle is still champ (boo), Scott Steiner and Booker T are the new TNA Tag Team Champions, oh, and lets not forget that Kevin Nash is the new TNA Legends Champion.
It's funny you know, because, Kurt Angle, Scott Steiner, Booker T and Kevin Nash are all in the MAIN EVENT MAFIA. The only one in the MEM who does not have a title is, also, the only one not to have come from WWE. Samoa Joe is part of the MEM and he does not have a title and does not hail from WWE. How weird is that.....
He did have a match against Sting which he won. Which is ok. I would rather him with a title.
Other winners for Victory Road are Angelina Love (new TNA Knockout Champion), Matt Morgan def. Daniels, Team 3D def. The British Invasion, and Jenna def. Sharmell (Booker T's wife). So really, in my mind, it was all about the MEM. Nothing much happened apart from a few matches. Weird hey?

Anyways, I will leave you all with this to think about for the moment and until next time....
Adios Amigos xoxo

Wrestling Goss yet again!

Well, time for some wrestling gossip I guess....

First on the agenda is Vickie Guerrero. Tonight on RAW, Vickie resigned from her General Manager position because she didn't want to suffer any more humiliation from the fans, especially after her loss to "Santina" Marella in the Hog Pen match yesterday at Extreme Rules. After this announcement Edge, her kayfabe husband came out and divorced her saying that he was only using her for her power.
THANK GOODNESS!!!!! I hated them being married. The real reason is that Vickie in real life, widow of Eddie Guerrero (RIP Eddie) wants to spend more time with her kids and so she put in notice.
I will miss the tantrum throwing and screaming. That was classic. Lol.

Another release today. Umaga was released from WWE. No news yet about why but it is a bit suspicious because he was used in Extreme Rules, losing a Samoan Strap match to CM Punk. Who knows. I will see what I can find out on that.

In lesser news, Batista will again be out of action due to a diagnosed torn tricep. The injury occured prior to his match at Extreme Rules and so it was written into the storyline that he would be beaten by Legacy today and was taken out in an ambulance. This in turn marked the return of The Game, Triple H, who has been out for a while.

And in the last of the news for today, next week there will be a 3 Hour RAW. This is a "Three for all" where all three brands are to participate. All three championships on RAW will be contested and a new general manager will be announced. Lets hope it's not Mike Adamle although I must say I kind of grew to like him as GM....Better then Vickie I must say. Lol. Who would you like to see as GM? Rumur has it that this will be a chance for Ric Flair to become GM. Not sure how that would work but hey, worse has happened.

Anyways, thats all for now.

Adios xoxo
